It was mixed day for the BJP Govt @ Gujarat w.r.t two Courts decision Post Godhra Incidents.
First , the Division bench Observed The Inaction and negligence on the part of the State government to prevent riots resulted in large-scale destruction of religious structures across the State also while ordering compensation for over 500 religious structures in the state. This is the Observation against the Petition filed by y Islamic Relief Committee of Gujarat (IRCG).
Though all Indications are clear Modi is not going to take it lying down with all probability may take it to the Supreme court. If going by the same accusation if IRCG then the rule of LAW applies to the ethnic cleansing on Kashmiri Pundits and destruction of more than 1000 temples.
The Second TEESTA IDEOLOGY Wedding with Bhatt in taking the case of Zakia Jaffri and demanding prosecution of Mr Modi took a beating with SIT appointed by Supreme court had submitted its findings along with closure report in a sealed cover to the Magistrate court which would Observe and comment on the findings of SIT later this morning. Going by Media reports SIT had found none to implicate Mr Modi .
If it is true then Teesta and Sanjeev Bhatt credibility would take a severe Purge and only proves these two who are the extended ARM service of Congress have failed yet again.
The Ideological (?) Marriage of Teesta and Sanjay Bhatt is being systematically weeded out.
